Privacy Policy

01 Information you provide

Aurivo does not require you to create an Aurivo account. You may optionally enter API keys for supported third-party services. These API keys are stored securely on your device using Apple Keychain. Aurivo does not ask you to send API keys to the support email.

If you email Aurivo.Audio@gmail.com, your message and the information you choose to include are received and retained as needed to respond to you and provide support.

02 Audio and content

You may import audiobooks, download podcast episodes, and create audio clips, collections, transcripts, playback progress, and related metadata. This content is primarily stored on your device. Removing Aurivo may remove locally stored app data unless you have separately backed it up or exported it.

Aurivo does not claim ownership of audio you import or content you create.

03 Transcription and AI features

Some transcription or artificial intelligence features may process selected audio, transcript text, search text, or related content using Apple services or supported third-party service providers. Aurivo is designed to send only the data reasonably necessary to perform the function you request.

Depending on the device, settings, and availability, speech recognition performed through Apple services may occur on the device or may require processing by Apple.

If you supply your own API key, requests made using that key are governed by the selected provider’s terms and privacy policy. Aurivo Member provides access to supported built-in AI features without requiring you to enter a personal API key. Available transcription and AI features may vary by app version.

Feature availability and processing methods may vary by feature, app version, region, and device capabilities.

04 Podcasts and external content

Podcast feeds, artwork, episode information, and audio may be supplied by third-party publishers, directories, hosting services, or websites. When Aurivo requests these resources, providers may receive standard technical information such as your IP address, device information, and the time of the request. External content and websites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

05 Apple services and subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Aurivo does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may provide subscription status and transaction information needed to unlock membership features. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account settings.

06 Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Aurivo does not sell personal information, does not contain third-party advertising, and does not use cross-app advertising tracking.

Technical information may still be processed by Apple, podcast publishers or hosts, AI or transcription providers, email providers, and other services needed to deliver features you request.

07 Data sharing

Information may be disclosed to service providers only as necessary to provide a feature you request, process an App Store purchase, respond to a support request, comply with law, protect users, or maintain app security. Aurivo does not sell or rent users’ personal information.

08 Data retention and deletion

You can generally delete locally stored data within Aurivo or by deleting the app. To request deletion of support correspondence, email Aurivo.Audio@gmail.com. Some correspondence may be retained when required for legal or operational reasons.

Information sent to a third-party provider is subject to that provider’s retention policies and your relationship with that provider.

09 Children

Aurivo is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian with a concern may contact Aurivo.Audio@gmail.com.

10 Security

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11 International use

External service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Aurivo or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
